It was a parade of hits for Roberto Fondin of the Maine Lobster at Arrington Park.

Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Fondin finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Lobster to a win, 10-6.

"Fondin was really good and we were really bad," groaned Greens manager Matt Glazer. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."

Roberto Fondin singled in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Su-shun Nie in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and singled in the 9th.

To date this year, Fondin is batting .227 with 11 home runs.
