In a tight contest at Arrington Park, the Boston Greens edged the Montreal Harfangs by the score of 10-9. Boston right fielder Matt Steinruck, who blasted 2 home runs, was a key contributor. Boston pitcher Norihiro Hamamoto got the win, upping his record to 1-0. Alex Villalobos got the loss. Montreal has now lost 6 consecutive games.

The game came to a sudden end. In the bottom of the ninth, with two out, Steinruck hit a run-scoring single. It gave Boston the 10-9 walk-off win.

"It was one of those games where both teams were swinging the bat well," Steinruck said.
