The Philadelphia Spectres got a stellar effort from pitcher Jeong Lee, helping Philadelphia score a win over the visiting Maine Lobster, 4-1. Divino Aljeroz earned the save, his 3rd, for the Spectres. The Spectres raised their record to 5-3.

Jeff O'Donnell had a big solo home run for the Spectres in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Philadelphia leading 2-1 and the bases empty, he sized up a fastball from former first round draft pick Rikio Kaneko and punished it. The result was his 3rd home run of the season, which put the Spectres on top, 3-1.

"Bottom line," said Maine skipper Matthew McExpos, "we didn't play well enough to win."
