Toros Earn 7-5 Win Versus Minneapolis
|
Isaac Butzer was a major contributor to the 7-5 Tucson win over Minneapolis. The Toros second baseman went 3-4 with 3 singles. The Vikings, now 43-26, have lost 5 straight.
In the top of the fifth inning, the Toros grabbed the lead when Kenzaburo Nagai rapped a two-out single. Tucson was trailing 5-4, when Nagai hit a 2-run single off Vismay Falcon to put his team in front, 6-5.
"Nice to tuck this win away," said Nagai.
