Spectres Come Back Late to Top Metropolitanos, 6-4
The Havana Metropolitanos could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Joyee Cameron into a win. Instead, the Philadelphia Spectres prevailed, 6-4. Cameron threw 5.0 innings of shutout ball. Philadelphia pitcher Miguel Romero got the win. He's now 2-2. Bobby Alkire was tagged with the loss. With the win, Philadelphia goes to 32-36, while the Metropolitanos fall to 42-25.

Juan Martinez came through with a big-time hit for Philadelphia. The center fielder smacked a 3-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to give his team the lead, 6-4. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"We'll sip on a cold one and savor this win," said Martinez.
