 | Tañón's Great Year Nets Outstanding Pitcher Award Sunday, September 12th, 2027: The Outstanding Pitcher Award for 2027 has been presented and the Alpha Conference winner is Manuel Tañón of Colorado Springs. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Tañón. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Admirals star told reporters. Tañón excelled with an impressive 19-2 record in 24 starts. In 163.1 innings he yielded 110 hits and 33 walks, while striking out 104 and compiling a fine 1.38 ERA. |
