 | Legionaires Shut out by Kelley Saturday, June 12th, 2027: In an excellent mound performance, Steve Kelley of the Orinda Bears whitewashed the Lubbock Legionaires 4-0 on a 4-hitter. He said after the game, "I had my best stuff and did a good job of mixing up my pitches." The Lubbock manager said, "We just didn't swing the bats well today. Kelley did a good job keeping us guessing." In all, the Orinda hurler rang up 4 strikeouts and 1 walk in the shutout win. So far this year Kelley has a 4-2 record with a 2.82 ERA. |
