Sunday, December 19th, 2027: San Francisco and Montreal made a trade today. In this move, the Reds shipped nothing to the Royals for 33-year-old left fielder Jon Bonner and 22-year-old minor league starting pitcher Carlos Vélez. The San Francisco GM told reporters, "I think this trade is beneficial to everyone involved, including the players."
